The procedure for returning an item purchased at our online store is as follows:
1. Send an email request for the return to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 14 days from the date you received the product, letting us know the reason for the return and order number.
2. The items should be packaged: i) In original condition, together with any and all accessories included in the original package, and may not be used, cleaned or damaged in any way. ii) With all original labels and packaging.
3. Contact an authorised courier service or local post office and send the parcel to this address: L’Atelier, Türkenstrasse 76, 80799 München, Germany.
* Until such time as we receive an item in our store it remains the customer’s responsibility.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. In cases where a product is deemed defective, Jolou Beads shall assume the entire cost of return shipping and/or exchange.
Once a return is approved the value of the purchase will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment.
In the event of having mistakenly sent a different item to the one requested, or received a poor quality product, please contact email@example.com. We will arrange for a return and/or exchange and Jolou Beads will cover costs for both shipping and return.
